Food Service General Manager - American Food and Vending

Job Description:

• Manage the cafés daily meal service, events and operations related to finance and catering
• Oversee Catering with meetings, corporate events, and dining services
• Provide strategic leadership; hire, train, and develop staff, manage work schedules, create and retain a cohesive team of associates
• Responsible for P&L (profit & loss) by preparing policies and standard operating procedures
• Maintain café satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiate improvements as needed
• Conserve safe, secure, and healthy facility environments by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
• May assist with special corporate projects or events
