Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Food Service Director to oversee the food service operations at our facility. This is an on-site position at our Staten Island location. The Food Service Director will be responsible for managing a team of food service staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation, implementing budgeting and cost control measures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can bring innovative ideas to our food service operations, while maintaining the highest standards for quality, safety, and cost control. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a team effectively, communicate clearly with other departments, and ensure that our residents receive nutritious and satisfying meals.

- Experience in P&L Management and Budgeting
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage industry trends and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Experience in healthcare industry and/or long-term care is a plus
