Requirements

• At least 5 years in a Food Services managing role; Dining or food procurement experience in a Hospital or Nursing home setting required.
• Experience managing multi-facilities across several states, strongly preferred.
• Certified Dietary Manager preferred.
• Serv Safe Certification preferred.
• Must be willing to travel often.
• Basic understanding of computer technology, including email use.
• Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels.
