THE BASICS

Pay: This full-time role pays $27 – $31/hour, depending on your experience.

Schedule: This is a full-time hourly position, typically requiring 40–50 hours per week. The schedule will vary, so flexibility is important.

YOUR DAY AS A FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER

As the Food Service Assistant Branch Manager, you'll be in charge of managing front-of-house operations. You'll lead shifts, create schedules, and make sure everything runs smoothly during service. Your day will include coaching staff, handling reservations and guest questions, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. You'll also assist with inventory, reports, and ensuring that our service meets company standards. Every day will bring new opportunities to support your team and keep things moving forward.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER

• 2+ years of experience as FOH/BOH Assistant Branch Manager in a restaurant

Being knowledgeable about Filipino cuisine is a huge plus. At least 2 years as a FOH/BOH Restaurant Manager is also ideal but not required.
