The Food Server position earns a competitive wage of $14-$16 per hour. Work with a team of friendly and hardworking people. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD SERVER
Food Servers, under the direction of the Director of Dining and Sous Chef, take meal orders and communicate those orders on written tickets for the cooks, deliver food with a sense of care and urgency, and specifically provide friendly, energetic, and restaurant-quality service to our residents to create a heart-warming experience.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FOOD SERVER
Restaurant or other Food Service experience is preferred, but we are happy to hire and train less-experienced candidates who have a desire to learn and possess a strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills with seniors is a key aspect for this job. We all have our hard days, and seniors are no different! If you have a patient attitude, a happy demeanor, and can communicate well then you are perfect for this job.
You must have reliable transportation, the ability to communicate efficiently, and a good attitude! Willing to train the right people! Must have some weekend availability!
