Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station.
• Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a food server or cashier is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Food Handler's Certification is a plus.
