Il Cervo, located next to the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee’s historic Deer District, is set to open in the Spring of 2023 on the top of The Trade, Milwaukee’s premier luxury hotel. Il Cervo is currently looking for you, an experienced hospitality professional hoping to showcase their skills in a brand new 10,000-square foot, high-end Italian restaurant. Il Cervo’s menu features hand-rolled pasta, homemade mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, and dry-aged steaks served Florentine-style, and will boast an Italian focused wine list with over 300 labels. Position: Food Runner
Work Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Compensation: $10/hour plus tips (average $22/hour)

About Position:
The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately. This position is responsible for ensuring each order is prepared to the restaurants and guest's specifications. The Food Runner is expected to clearly communicate any additional orders or needs the guests may have to cook staff or expeditor (e.g., food allergies).
