Food Runner / Expo - Twin Oaks Big Bend, Inc.

Bartolino’s Hospitality Group is thrilled to announce the opening of our new location in Twin Oaks, Ballwin Missouri! As a family-owned and operated company with over 50 years of excellence in the St. Louis area, we are looking for enthusiastic and welcoming individuals to join our team as an Expeditor.

Location: Bartolino's Twin Oaks, Big Bend Rd, Ballwin Missouri 

We are currently hiring for an Expeditor, also can be known as an expo or food runner, to ensure guests orders are fulfilled correctly by the line, then runs the order directly to the table, party or host stand for takeout and delivery pickups. 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately according to the ticket
• Coursing and plating orders correctly 
• Delivering food from the kitchen to tables to maintain fast service
• Communicate with the line, with attention to special requests and allergy information
• Assisting the service staff  
• Support other tasks as needed

Good expos and food runners are detail-oriented multitaskers. They need strong communication skills to mediate between service and kitchen staff and ensure that each guest their order perfectly. We are looking for someone to be customer service oriented, self-motivated and able to navigate with staff to expedite service.
