Food Production Lead - Agile Staffing, Inc

The employee will be working as a Lead for a canvas printing company located in the city of Anaheim. This position requires employee to review production demands and assign tasks to Team members accordingly, monitor stock levels, etc.

Schedule:

• Monday -Friday (6:45am - 3:30pm)
• OT as needed
• Weekly Pay
• Potential pay increase after the probation period (based on work performance)

Duties:

• Review production demands and assign tasks to Team members accordingly.
• Monitor production progress and make necessary changes to maintain efficiency and meet production demands.
• Oversee training of new employees.
• Monitor performance of employees and provide coaching and instruction as needed.
• Report daily metrics.
• Ensure all Team members abide by all company policies and procedures.
• Perform and/or oversee maintenance tasks of machinery.
• Monitor stock levels of build-to-stock frames to ensure adequate stocking levels.
• Employee must have prior Lead experience!!
