You are: going to start entry level for 19.00 an hour - Experienced in large-scale food preparation and have the associated culinary and organizational skills. - Ready to learn. - Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment that will require strong adherence to procedure AND attention to detail. - Punctual, polite and professional. - Capable of working independently and taking ownership in one’s work. - Able to follow instruction, and finish tasks to completion. - 18+ years old Job Description: - Prepare ingredients to be used in dumpling production - Operate machinery to prepare soup dumpling - Proper sanitization and organization of tools and equipment to USDA standards - Adherence to standard operating procedures, regarding food safety and quality assurance - Working as a team during production, and independently during prep work. Compensation: - $19/hour DOE Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Working at this position is a physically demanding job - team members will need to be on their feet throughout their shifts and will need to be able to walk, bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push and pull, to handle or move objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
