About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and passionate *Food Service/Cook* to join our client in Ashland. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
*Short Term position (6-8 weeks) -Wednesday through Sunday 1pm-7pm*
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

- Handle food items safely, utilizing proper food handling techniques at all times.
- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Qualifications:
- *ServSafe Cert preferred, but not required*
