As the Food and Beverage Director, you will oversee all aspects of bar operations and high-touch catering services. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.

• Develop and execute innovative bar concepts and beverage programs to enhance the guest experience.
• Lead a team of talented bartenders and catering staff, providing training and guidance to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate with event planners and clients to customize catering menus and beverage offerings based on specific preferences and requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and cost management to optimize profitability while delivering quality service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company standards and policies.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
