Food Manufacturing Forklift Operator at Fouth Street BBQ

We are looking for fulltime Forklift Operators at Fourth Street Foods Manufacturing Company that are experienced Warehouse Forklift Operators for the 1ST,2ND, and 3RD shifts availability to run forklifts for our company.  This position will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and be responsible for the overall operations and standard within their assigned area.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Stage finish product for loading.
• Load finish product onto truck.
• Unload raw materials from truck and move to warehouse storage.
• Move packaging waste to dumpster and product waste to storage trailer.
• Responsible for visual quality inspections of incoming and outgoing material and finished products.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Operate forklift and attachment safely.
• Complete daily logs including trailer inspections, incoming material inspections, forklift inspection.
• Ensure items are properly labeled at time of receiving and shipping per the facility inventory system.
• General Housekeeping.
• Be always safe and alert.
• Create a positive work environment for co-workers and customers.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, and decimals.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram, or scheduled form.
• 5 Year experience.  Must have proof of certification.
• Ability to follow instruction and work well with others for the safety for yourself and co-workers.
• 5 yr. experience with Documentation Proof of Certification 

Wage:   $20.00 Hourly
                Wage Pending on experience
