Qualifications:We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our renowned Watercolour Grill House, as well as, Bistro on the Bay and room service. Our Food and Beverage Manager is a leader at Marriott Suites Clearwater Beach at Sand Key and enjoys leading with enthusiasm expressing a deep passion for the dining experience. Open Table and Trip Advisor consistently rank Watercolour Grillhouse as one of the best fine dining experiences on the beach and we are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to continue to elevate our restaurant for our guests.
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing the day to day food and beverage operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all food and beverage orders, staff and finances.
Responsibilities
- Manages all food and beverage and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserves excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identifies customers needs and responds proactively to concerns
- Leads food and beverage team by coaching, training and appraising team members and facilitates department meetings to sustain morale and communication
- Creates schedules, manages payroll, conducts inventory, and ensures areas are meeting both productivity and financial goals
- Develops and implements suggestive selling programs and promotions
- Performs Manager on Duty activities as needed and works in collaboration with other department managers including banquets and pools/recreation
- Ensures a safe and healthy environment for our team members and guests following all hotel policies and procedure
