Starting Pay Range: 59K-65K DOE
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, Salary
Schedule: Our business is not a traditional 9 to 5 business, and a 50-hour work week is typical. As a Manager, you will be expected to work a variety of opening, mid, and closing shifts.

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager professional to be responsible for managing all functions of our food and beverage operations and for delivering an exceptional guest experience. As F&B Manager, you will be expected to forecast, plan, and manage all food and beverage orders for our grill, concession, bar, and all private and company-initiated events within the Center. Our F&B Managers oversee the Center's kitchen staff as well as all food and beverage sales, budgets and operations in order to maximize sales through exceptional guest satisfaction and team member engagement. This position reports to the Assistant General Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Nurture positive working relationships with team members through training and development.
- Create Food & Beverage team through interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and corrective action.
- Ensure team members follow company policies and procedures.
- Participate in Leadership Programs.
- Weekly one-on-one meeting with Corporate Food & Beverage Director.
- Partner with the Training & Guest Service Manager and Assistant General Manager to develop growth plans for team members.
- Responsible for execution & guest experience of Food & Beverage operations (Grill, Concessions, Bar & Events).
- Inventory management of Grill, Concessions, Bar, paper and cleaning products.
- Place orders according to business needs & par level management.
- Oversee and assist in food production according to business needs and par level management.
- Ensure quality and consistency of preparation methods, portion sizes & presentation.
- Responsible for organization and sanitation.
- Comply with operations execution software.
- Comply with safety regulations & alcohol-related laws.
- Tips and SERV Safe Manager certified.
- Reports to the Assistant General Manager and has weekly one-on-ones to discuss sales, budgets, operations, and Team Member performance/growth plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years proven leadership experience successfully managing, mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
- 5+ years kitchen experience.
- Personable but professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and to problem solve effectively.
- Proven ability in leadership, communication, and negotiating skills.
- Take initiative as a self-starter known to work with integrity while also being a strong team player.
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
- High EQ with self-awareness, ability to collaborate with others, listen attentively, empathize with others, defuse conflict, show adaptability, and demonstrate good judgment.
- Computer literate with ability to pick up new software programs and applications easily
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Able to lift 35 pounds
