WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?:
Responsibilities
As our FOH Shift Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations of the restaurant, and own your shift! These are the results our FOH Shift Supervisor will be hired to accomplish:
- Good-Time Guest Experiences - You, dah-ling, are the director of good times. From the first hello to the last thank you, you'll make sure that every guest experiences hospitality at the highest level.
- Smoothly Run Shifts - You'll make the game play for the day, set up your shift for success, and when sh*t inevitably hits the fan? You're the cool-headed fixer, solving problems on the fly.
- The Right Things, Done The Right Way - You're the guardian of our standards. You'll ensure that our food & drinks are *perf*, that our guests feel taken care of, and that our space looks, feels, and sounds just right.
- A Fully Aligned & Supported Team - You're the glue, boo boo! You'll rally the team at pre-shift meetings, be the go-between for the kitchen and the dining room, and when someone's in the weeds? You're there, sleeves rolled up, ready to help.
- 'Goldilocks' Staffing & Labor Cost - You'll ensure that every shift is staffed 'just right'. Not too many, not too few, but just the right amount to make magic happen without breaking the bank.
Pay
We pay industry-leading base wages + tips. With tips, our FOH Shift Supervisors average anywhere from $24 - $30+ / hour. Base pay is based on relevant experience. Tips are guaranteed every shift, and are based on shifts worked, and how busy those shifts are - the busier, the better!
Work Schedule
This position can be full-time or part-time, with AM, Midday, + PM shifts available. Days off are scheduled back-to-back.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Here are some of our must-haves + would-like-to-haves:
- At least 1 year of full-service restaurant management experience, in a FOH management role
- At least 3 years of restaurant experience, in a server or bartender role
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have open Saturday & Sunday availability
- Must have the ability to regularly work 30+ hours per week
- Must have a valid driver's license + sole access to a personal vehicle
- Familiarity w/ Toast POS, SevenRooms, and 7shifts, a plus!
