Established San Francisco restaurant group seeks a competent and proactive leader to help elevate the customer experience for our restaurant in the heart of the Inner Richmond. This is an exciting opportunity to join our management team.
Primary Responsibilities are:
- Lead the FOH staff. Includes: recruiting, training, scheduling, reviewing and mentoring.
- Create and implement procedures and policies to ensure seamless FOH restaurant operations and the highest standard of customer experience.
- Work with the Executive Chef to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze KPIs and business environmental factors to determine opportunities for cost savings.
- Report restaurant sales and FOH metrics to Executive Management with recommendations to meet departmental goals.
- Serve as a positive role model, demonstrate integrity, and make sound decisions.
- Maintaining the functionality of all FOH equipment, and space so that everything is clean, and functioning properly.
- Keeping the space organized, well maintained, and clean for health inspections and safety for the staff and customers.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of FOH restaurant or hospitality experience.
- Demonstrated ability to be open minded and flexible in leadership approach.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Strong leadership skills to drive staff accountability and customer service excellence.
- Schedule flexibility and applicants must be available to work mornings, afternoons, and some evenings, including weekends.
Preferred:
- Analyticalsoftware — Xtra Chef; Toast
- Word processing software — One Note; Google Docs ; Microsoft Word

Note:
- This position is full-time, with 40+ working hours/week.
- We do not offer relocation costs.
- Salary: 72,000-75,000 DOE
