We are currently seeking anFMS Management Analyst, Junior to support our PMA-299 DMADS (Digital Magnetic Anomaly Detection) team at Pax River, MD.
FMS Management Analyst, Junior
Functional Description: Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for variousForeign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under directionof the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspectsof FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual(SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policyguidance. In support of the above functions, a Secret clearance is required for the position. Security Clearance levelobtainable after assignment to position is acceptable. The Contractor will determine security level achievability priorto placement.
Duties:
- Pull CDRLs from AMS tool weekly
- Create and send Mission System’s CDRL Deliverable Updates Reports out weekly. Follow up on late CDRLS and route deliverables appropriately.
- Format & send DMAD Slides weekly
- Format & send ALFS Slides weekly
- Create CDRL disposition letters and route for signature
- Create PIDs tracker and update
- Created and linked SPIDS to PIDs as appropriate in CSPT.
- Created contract PIDS and submitted through PID Sharepoint system for Contracting.
- Assisted with updating multiple Mission System Redline SOWs to clean versions and sending through to Contracts/for review.
- Created ROM request and sent ROM letters out for concurrence.
- Routed brief(s) and other documents through Foreign Disclosure Office as appropriate for review
- Attend Contract meeting and give status updates during meeting and to Lvl 3 after meeting
- Track PPAs after PPC and report status weekly
- Create POC lists per project in Excel and updated when needed
- Update MS Weekly with new info per team weekly meetings
Required Education:Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: Less than 3 years of experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
