Our Client, a Truck and Engine Manufacturing company, is looking for a FMLA Specialist for their Springfield, OH location.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidential records related to FMLA in accordance with Company policies and legal requirements.
- Daily Monitor and track FMLA usage.
- Monitor usage trends by day, department and employee and report out finds and suggestions to make improvements
- Work collaboratively with Springfield P&C team members and departmental management.
- Provide training/education on FMLA to managers and employees.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of FMLA regulations.
- Knowledge of ADA administration.
- Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Suite, HRIS systems, Kronos)
- Previous experience working in a Union environment.
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of FMLA administration experience
