Position Details:

• Competitive Compensation: $270K base salary with a $100K sign-on bonus.
• Provider Recruitment Program: $100K incentive offered through Partnership HealthPlan of California, paid over 5 years.
• Loan Repayment: $100K educational loan repayment, plus $50K from California’s Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development with a 2-year commitment.
• Retention Incentives: Eligible for additional retention bonuses.
• NHSC Benefits: Eligible for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) benefits with a HPSA score of 17.
• Collaborative Call Management: Manage Pediatrics call with a highly supportive team.
