About the Job
- We are looking for a Floorplan Analyst to join the team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing floorplans to ensure they align with business objectives and customer needs.
- This role will require collaboration with various cross-functional teams and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and digestible manner.
- Responsibilities: - Analyze and optimize floorplans to ensure they align with business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Space Planning, Inventory, Assortment Analytics, Visual, Store Design, and Store Operations
- Engage with merchant and space teams to deliver store-planogram assignments, recommended brand adjacencies, and analytics
- Present and influence complex ideas, translating them into simple documentation for team members - Utilize Floorplan Optimization tools and department lines to make data-driven recommendations
- Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Analytics, or related field
- Required Skills: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a simple and digestible manner
- Experience working with Floorplan Optimization tools is a plus - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on space productivity and customer needs
Salary
24 - 26 /hour
