We are looking to hire Floor Care Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for cleanliness in all aspects of the community, including resident units and common areas. Housekeepers provides laundry services to ensure a safe, sanitary, comfortable and homelike environment for residents, staff and the public. Provides cleaning services to provide a safe, sanitary, comfortable and homelike environment for residents, staff and the public. Services provided are maintained in accordance with facility policies and procedures and consistent with state and federal laws and regulations to maintain an environment that enhances the quality of life for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and emergency services
- Specialized floor care (stripping, scrubbing, buffing, and refinishing hard surface floors)
- Carpet cleaning and extracting
- Secure work areas using appropriate safety procedures
- Follow all company and safety rules and regulations
- Ensure cleanliness of the work site after service completion
- Inspect equipment and ensure all supplies are in good working order
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some maintenance or floor care experience is preferred
- Highly organized and dependable
- Attention for detail
