The Floating Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance and presentation.

Responsibilities

As Floating Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community. You will perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
