Overview
Essential Functions
- Cleans and maintains parking garage and surrounding areas.
- Approaches and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Removes trash, cleans elevators and entrances, and paints deck floors and curbs.
- Removes cobwebs, clean signs, shutters, windows, and stairwells.
- Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Responsibilities
- Must keep supply closet neat and orderly and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Matches visitor ticket to parking rate schedule; collects proper payment from visitors and distributes correct change
- Requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Immediately reports any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
- Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary.
- Safely operate power equipment, as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have minimum of 1 year of relevant cleaning experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license
