Flexible Customer Service Rep - Hertz

Hertz, an industry leader is seeking high-charged, high-energy, team-driven individuals to work as Flexible Customer Service Associate. As a Flexible Customer Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to drive Hertz cars while getting paid a competitive wage of $15 per hour.

The Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their Hertz rental. Maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. Ensures that the customer receives world-class customer service and sales support. The responsibilities also include shuttling customers. This position also ensures vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, which includes assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids. 

Strong oral and written communication of ownership, accountability, and initiative.  Applicant must possess all auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above.  The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to, the following such as sitting, standing, waking, bending and twisting, climbing, driving, pushing and pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading. Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine is required.
