Flex Environmental Specialist - Atlas

The Flex Environmental Specialist will be responsible for supporting environmental compliance programs and initiatives within the organization. This individual will assist in developing and implementing environmental policies, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Assist in the development and maintenance of environmental compliance programs and procedures.
2. Conduct environmental audits and inspections to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement environmental sustainability initiatives.
4. Track and analyze environmental data to ensure compliance with regulations.
5. Provide training and guidance to staff on environmental policies and procedures.
6. Participate in environmental incident response and mitigation efforts.
7. Stay up to date on environmental regulations and best practices to ensure organizational compliance.
8. Support the development and implementation of environmental improvement projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
2. Previous experience in environmental compliance, auditing, or related areas.
3. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
7. Certifications such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) are a plus.
8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
