From managing vendor accounts to coordinating with Fleet management and assisting technicians, this position is at the heart of our operations. Plus, you’ll enjoy variety in your day, including transporting equipment and parts to various yards.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep the office organized and efficient while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Communicate with vendors, employees, and locations to maintain smooth operations.
• Manage filing systems and assist with clerical tasks.
• Transport equipment and parts to designated yards.
• Support the Fleet team with planning and daily coordination.

What You Bring:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to interpret instructions in various forms.
• Experience: Previous clerical or administrative experience required.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
