About the Job
Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for 5-Star Caregivers to provide light housekeeping and personal care services to the elderly and disabled in the comfort of their own homes.
- Dependable: Arrives on time, ready to work. Maintains an unblemished attendance record. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to fill vacant shifts when needed.
- Thorough: Attentively follows designated care-plans, taking care to understand client needs in order to address them. Updates Care Plans to reflect changes in client care and informs Management of same.
- Observant: Aware of a client’s unique personal and medical history so as to recognize changes, whether behavioral, physical, social, or psychological as they pertain to a client’s overall health and well-being.
- Clear & Concise: Communicates professionally, tactfully, and with discretion in verbal exchanges with the client, and family members. Records all activities and observations factually in the visit notes.
- Follow-Through: Communicates with Management, ensuring that all issues, updates, changes, and concerns are reported to the office in a timely fashion.
Tasks may range from assistance with minor household chores and running quick errands to providing company and compassion to our clients, while as Personal Care Providers we may also assist with maintaining the client's health and well-being by providing such services as med reminders, hygiene assistance, bathing, toileting and housekeeping. Candidates will be able to determine what clients they wish to work with, while also earning official certification as a Home Health Aid!
Schedule
We offer flexible schedules, Mornings, Days, Evenings, weekends, and block hours!
We proudly support all availabilities and can provide supplemental or primary work!

Responsibilities (Varies by Patient)
- Assist with shopping errands
- Report any unusual incidents
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Assist client with personal care and hygiene
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencies
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client
- Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house
**FREE HHA CERTIFICATION and TRAINING AVAILABLE**
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00
