We are hiring a Fitness Sales Advisor with both Coaching & Sales experience. This individual will play a pivotal role in the member experience by being able to coach classes & support sales initiatives.

●   Excellent customer service skills

●   Solid verbal and written communication skills required

●   Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment

●   Ability to work and function in a team environment

●   Health & Fitness minded people required

●   Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Mayweather Boxing & Fitness.

●   Be AED/CPR certified

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

●  Assist in Mayweather Boxing & Fitness business and studio operations and get an opportunity to learn about the business side of things.

●  Work hand-in-hand with both instructors & sales team to guide potential members through their first Mayweather Boxing & Fitness workout.

●  Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic

●  Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients

●  Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive experience at the Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio.

●   Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.

●   Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.

●   Participate in marketing and outreach events

●  Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Mayweather Boxing & Fitness training programs.
