POSITION OBJECTIVE: Incumbents are responsible for monitoring and oversight of the operations in their areas. Performs reconciliations, approves requisitions and EPARS, researches and troubleshoots problems. Provides training and guidance to school sites and departments. | ||

· Specialized principles and practices in assigned area of responsibility; · Basic auditing/monitoring techniques; · General office procedures; · Customer service principles; · Recordkeeping practices and procedures; · Filing techniques and practices; · Modern office equipment; · Bookkeeping principles; · Basic accounting principles; · Applicable Federal, State, and local laws, requirements, and regulations; · Basic inventory control principles. · General practices and procedures in area of assignment; · Basic mathematical principles and concepts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Positions in this class typically require: reaching, finger dexterity, and grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
