Schedule: FT, M-F, 8am - 5pm
Salary: $21/hr

Responsibilities:
- Perform A/P, A/R, deposits, journal entries, debt collection, account ledgers, sales tax and other subsidiary functions
- Coordinate, track and report all expense and revenue transactions
- Assist with all administrative services
- Lead all time and labor entries
- Ensure compliance
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Experience with PeopleSoft highly preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- High School Degree or equivalent required
- 5+ years of accounts transaction experience
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Superb computer skills, budget spreadsheets and database
