RIAC standard hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST.

What does world-class customer service look like?
- Support the design, implement, and optimize customer service initiatives to meet compliance requirement, increase efficiency, and/or improve customer experience.
- Analyze key metrics, compile and discern appropriate information, and identify opportunities to optimize customer service.
- Champion projects by coordinating resources, collaborating cross-functionally, planning, scheduling, and performing administrative functions.
- Assists and supports Customer Service Manager with administrative duties.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required;
- Associate degree in related field highly preferred;
- At least three (3) years’ previous work experience in administrative or project management role required;
- Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and customer service software applications;
- Proven experience demonstrating integrity and standards of excellence for quality, productivity, efficiency, and customer service required;
- Ability to work six (6) auction weekends per year; and
- Ability to obtain and maintain active FOID card status (Illinois residents only).
