Trident Seafoods in Tacoma has a lot of work to get done in a short period of time

The work schedule will be 12 hour day shifts for 7 days a week, for 1-2 months. (All is subject to change.)

The projected start date is 11/11/2024. (All is subject to change).

The schedule will be-

· 6:00 AM start

· 9:00 AM 15 minute break

· Staggered lunches -11:30 – 12:00 PM and 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM

· 2:30 PM 15 minute break

· 6:30 PM Stop work

Workers will need to pack their own lunch, and any personal items they need should be kept in their car or in a locker in the R&M break room.

Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and responsible individuals to join our team as Fire Watches / General Laborers.

As a Fire Watch, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our worksite by monitoring and preventing fire hazards.

Duties:
- Conduct regular inspections of the worksite to identify potential fire hazards
- Monitor hot work activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain a constant presence in designated areas to promptly respond to any signs of fire or smoke
- Operate fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment as needed
- Communicate any fire-related incidents or emergencies to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in implementing and enforcing fire safety procedures and policies
- Conduct routine checks on fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and other fire prevention systems
- Provide support during emergency evacuations and drills

-General Labor / Load/Unload the ships that at the dock.

-Assist the trades people currently working at the site.
