We're a growing full-service fire sprinkler & alarm contractor that's got a strong presence in the local markets around Brownsville, TN. Currently, we're looking for a Fire Sprinkler Service Tech who can support our clients and help us continue expanding in this market.

- Service, replace, and troubleshoot fire sprinkler systems
- Program and repair fire sprinkler systems to NFPA standards
- Inspect fire sprinkler systems
- Identify code and non-conformance issues and prepare accurate service reports
- Identify systems that are not in code compliance and repair them as needed
- Travel to job sites, as per schedule
- Collaborate and communicate with clients with strong customer service
- Work on an on-call rotational schedule
What You Need for this Position
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of Fire Sprinkler service, repair and troubleshooting experience
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- NFPA Code Knowledge
- OSHA 10/30 Certification
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to work on-call, as needed
- Active NICET Certification is a PLUS
- Other Fire licenses may be required based on state or local regulations
