What You Will Be Doing

• Service, replace, and troubleshoot fire sprinkler systems
• Program and repair fire sprinkler systems to NFPA standards
• Inspect fire sprinkler systems
• Identify code and non-conformance issues and prepare accurate service reports
• Identify systems that are not in code compliance and repair them as needed
• Travel to job sites, as per schedule
• Collaborate and communicate with clients with strong customer service
• Work on an on-call rotational schedule
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of Fire Sprinkler service, repair and troubleshooting experience
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• NFPA Code Knowledge
• OSHA 10/30 Certification
• Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to work on-call, as needed
• Active NICET Certification is a PLUS
• Other Fire licenses may be required based on state or local regulations
