The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the office and field staff, as well as ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Fire Division of Jet Industries. They will also be involved in corporate innovation and project management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, reviewing, and improving the performance of office managers, admins, superintendents, service managers, technicians, and warehouse/shop employees.
- Reviewing and approving timecards for staff every pay period for accuracy and completeness.
- Streamlining and implementing office processes and procedures, as well as researching and innovating computer hardware and software solutions.
- Participating in corporate innovation and implementation committees and attending corporate project status meetings.
- Managing all field people, processes, and tools, and ensuring that field personnel complete and submit required forms accurately and on time.
- Maintaining and enhancing the company image and employee morale, as well as the quality of deliverables and client expectations.
- Supporting other divisions and Jet industries, and maintaining HR standards and paperwork with all employees
Qualifications/Experience:
- Valid driver’s license in the state of work.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Management, Including Field PM/Superintendent/Foreman preferred.
- Proven ability to manage people and clients and proven ability to maintain company reputation and profit.
- Basic computer skills (typing, copy/paste, file management, etc.).
