Job Details
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, programming, servicing and testing of new and upgraded fire alarm systems.
Assist in the testing, programming and commissioning of fire alarm and life safety systems.
Assist in the servicing of fire alarm and life safety systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programing of Fire Alarm Systems, schematics and operational/product manuals.
Execute all work in accordance with local and national codes, general best practices as well as company health and safety policies and procedures.
Act as our customers best service provider at all times thereby ensuring we are the first choice for service.
Communicate and work with the other team members consistently to improve overall operations of the company.
Keep up to date and informed on all company policies.
Preferred Experience: (but not required): NICET II Certification in Fire Alarm, EST 3 or EST 4 and/or Special Hazards, Associates degree in Electronic technology, Instrumentation, 2 years of hands on experience in the commercial/industrial/low voltage/electrical industry.
