United Trades of America is seeking a skilled and experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in carpentry, with a focus on detailed finish work. You will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and installing wood materials to create aesthetically pleasing finishes for residential or commercial projects. Attention to detail and craftsmanship are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform high-quality finish carpentry work, including trim, molding, cabinetry, and other fine details
- Measure, cut, and assemble wooden structures and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical plans
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards and within project deadlines
- Collaborate with other construction team members to complete tasks efficiently

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Reliable, with a solid work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to pass a background check and drug testing
