We are seeking a Fine Dining Sous Chef for our upscale Steakhouse in Scottsdale, AZ who is highly professional, presents a polished appearance, and has a high-energy personality.
Job Qualifications:
- Steakhouse/fine dining experience is a must;
- You are a highly professional individual with a polished presentation;
- You are a high-energy candidate that is looking to grow his career;
- We are specifically looking for a greener candidate who is willing to come in at the bottom and learn from more senior Sous Chefs to work his way up through our system.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Fine Dining Sous Chef at our Scottsdale location, you would:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing the operations of our steakhouse kitchen.
- Ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
- Supervise and train the kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and update menu offerings.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Help in creating and implementing new recipes and menu items.
- Monitor and control food costs and waste.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
