$110,000 - $125,000 + Bonus

Your Role with the Company
The General Manager is the face of the restaurant, serving as a role model for the rest of the staff as a leader in hospitality skills and guest service. Your role is to make every guest s experience an amazing one and no request goes unheeded. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, developing, training and motivating FOH staff to provide the highest level of guest service
- Developing and maintaining guest relations, especially with regular customers, some of whom visit the restaurant several times a week
- Planning, organizing, and leading the staff in running smooth floor operations
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years as a General Manager for a high-volume ($7M+) fine-dining restaurant with a high focus on hospitality skills
- Michelin experience preferred
- Minimum 5+ years in restaurant management
- Passionate about hospitality and guest service
- Proficient with MS Office suite and restaurant software
- Live locally or have lived in California in the past, preferred
