About the Job
- Manage the financial and related modules (i.e., Procurement, Inventory, Project accounting. etc.) in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and functionality.
- Oversee and maintain the financial reporting system outside of the ERP.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, along with ad-hoc analysis as required.
- Act as the primary interface between the Finance and IT teams, translating financial requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead or support ERP implementations and financial system rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, leveraging tools such as Power BI (Business Intelligence) or other relevant systems.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of financial systems to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of financial systems.
- Experience in leading or supporting ERP implementations and financial system rollouts.
Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data modeling and complex functions.
- Preferred Experience with Power BI or other automation tools or an aptitude and desire to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate financial needs into IT terms.
- Excellent project management skills, with a record of accomplishment in managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven leadership acumen and the ability to drive change across teams.
