Overview:

This position will be a critical member of the Financial Systems team. They will be primarily responsible for security, operational tasks, and maintenance projects for our financial systems (OneStream, Concur, Great Plains, Finario, Fastpath, and our Enablon integration). The ideal candidate would also help automate repetitive tasks both for the corporate accounting and divisions working with financial systems.

We aspire to develop the ideal candidate into a long-term asset of the company. Aside from being coached and mentored by the Manager of Financial Systems, the position would attend OneStream training, take courses on User Interface development for effective report writing, and would continue to hone their skills in automation. Broad experience and knowledge in our financial systems would be transferrable to several next-step positions across the company.

Responsibilities:

Setup new entities, workflows, and operational requests in financial systems
Attend training on financial systems, programming, and automation
Prepare internal / external audit support and assistance
Manage security requests for financial systems
Write reports and dashboards with data pulled from financial systems
Challenge and enhance business processes and workflows

Qualifications:

BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (Accounting, Auditing)
An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
Aptitude for programming or automation (no experience required)
5 days on-site at the Corporate office
Started the process for earning a CPA
