We have the opportunity for an experienced Financial Systems Administrator to join the firm’s expanding Corporate Accounting and Finance team. The Financial Systems Administrator’s responsibilities include assisting with the day to day administration of the Firm’s time and billing system, supporting attorneys and other internal clients by providing data and end-user support. Reports to the Financial Systems Manager. The successful candidate must reside proximate to Greenville, SC, Tampa, FL, or Nashville, TN and this position may be remote or hybrid.
Essential Functions:- Supports Aderant Expert, BillBlast, Chrome River and other financial systems.
- Provides basic data and reports to Finance and other departments within the Firm using various tools such as T-SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services SSRS.
- Maintains Employee records within the Time Billing System.
- Maintains user security within Aderant Expert.
- Opens and monitors support calls within Expert support.
- Backup for other personnel in department.
- Assists with implementing software application version upgrades.
- Testing/troubleshooting new processes and reporting to the Senior Financial System Analyst.
- Assist with creating documentation for the Financial Systems department.
- Enter vendor invoices via Chrome River for the Financial Systems Department.
- Bachelor’s degree in systems or accounting strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of Aderant Expert, Elite Enterprise, or similar accounting software.
- Basic Understanding of accounting transaction flows for troubleshooting and support.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills highly desired.
- T-SQL knowledge.
- Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Proactive problem solving, gathers and analyzes information.
- Communication skills, responds quickly to inquiries, and has clear, concise writing.
- Organization skills, ability to organize, manage, prioritize, and handle numerous projects/tasks.
- Teamwork, willing and eager to help others and share knowledge and skills.
