Job Description:
Client is seeking a Financial Statement Reporting Specialist with strong skills and advanced knowledge of QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Financial Statement Reporting Specialist include:
· Recording transactions based on monthly brokerage statement, including amortization, accretion, accrued interest received, accrued interest paid and foreign tax paid.
· Reconciling monthly statements
· Recording unrealized capital gain/loss monthly or quarterly (depends on client)
· Preparing a quarterly Consolidated Profit and Loss statement in Excel (one client)
· Preparing a quarterly Consolidated Balance Sheet in Excel (one client)
· Recording Schedule K-1 transactions
· Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks.
Education:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
