We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Services Sales Director to join our dynamic team in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with key clients, and leveraging their deep knowledge of Microsoft Cloud, AI, and Financial Services to achieve business objectives.

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the financial services industry to meet company goals and objectives.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to identify business opportunities and expand market share.
3. Leverage extensive knowledge of Microsoft Cloud, AI, and Financial Services to provide innovative solutions to clients and drive sales.
4. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company vision and goals.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors, adjusting sales strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the technology industry and financial services sector.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
4. Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud, AI, and Financial Services.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
