We are currently in search of a Financial Services Risk and Compliance Consulting Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. This position can be based in either Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), or New York City, United States (US).

At NTT DATA, our Financial Services Consulting Practice collaborates closely with clients on transformative journeys, assisting them in navigating today's complex risk management and compliance landscape. From strategy development to implementation and achieving business objectives, we focus on customer-centric services, just-in-time solutions, and modularized product offerings to address digital proliferation.
As a member of our Risk & Compliance Consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in helping financial services clients mitigate risks and comply with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will encompass operational risk management, compliance, financial crimes prevention, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), and digital fraud solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead large-scale projects, addressing complex business or technical challenges.
- Serve as a technical expert or advisor for one or more solutions.
- Participate in and possibly lead projects requiring in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, systems, and industry standards.
- Mentor and review the work of junior team members regularly.
- Ensure successful project outcomes by managing schedules, costs, and documentation.
- Take corrective action as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and contribute to sales and proposal presentations.
- Assist in project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution, and post-project review.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of innovative consulting solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with executives at client organizations.
**Basic Qualification Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Risk and/or Compliance within the Financial Services industry.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Capital Market Regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC, DTCC).
- Financial Crimes (e.g., AML Risk Assessment, KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening).
- Fraud Management (e.g., synthetic and digital fraud).
- Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Business and Technology.
- First and second line of defense controls management.
- Data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
- Graduate degree.
- Experience with management consulting firms involving daily customer engagement and delivery excellence.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing business development, relationship building, and talent development.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
NTT DATA provides competitive compensation packages tailored to specific roles, with starting pay for this remote position ranging from $180,000 to $225,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as work location, experience, and qualifications.
