Summary:
2+ years of experience required

• Accountable for daily management of all facets of the of 340B Program at HUP, including software maintenance and optimization
• Reconciliation and determination of 340B Retail Patient Eligibility for all UPHS Retail Pharmacies
• Responsible to maintain 340B compliance
• Timely and accurate completion of routine analysis
• Participate in routine 340B Auditing at HUP sites
• Daily monitoring of inventory management & purchasing patterns at HUP
• Accounting support and reconciliation of the HUP Ambulatory Pharmacy Program as assigned.  Monitor Results and provide recommendations of areas of concern.
• Responsible for management and completion of special projects as assigned
• Providing financial support to Senior Business Analyst, Business Manager, Director of Business Operations; CAO, CFO and entity leadership

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook a must.  Lawson (or similar) General Ledger system, QS1 Retail Pharmacy Software, EPIC, Kronos, and Hyperion products a plus.    
 
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.  MBA or MS is plus.
