Desired Background:

• 3-7 year's experience with drafting M&A (mergers & acquisitions) FINRA arbitrations and securities
• Tax experience related to venture capital and asset management required
• Experience in asset purchase and stock purchase agreements, limited liability and joint ventures
• LLM in Taxation highly preferable
• Licensed to practice in Florida
