The Financial Service Representative II is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
- Delivering superior client service and proactively selling bank products and services that meet the needs of prospects and clients.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of various client needs and transactions, employing effective communication skills, and successfully selling, cross-selling, or referring all bank products and services.
- Managing risk, establishing new relationships, opening new accounts, and conducting financial transactions in a professional, efficient, friendly, and accurate manner.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred).
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- A working knowledge and understanding of all bank products and services.
- Proficiency in general mathematics and accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
