Job Responsibilities:
Experienced Representatives:
- Exceed Revenue Goals: Drive results by surpassing established revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Conduct comprehensive review meetings with existing clients to assess and optimize their financial plans.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with our valued clients.
- New Client Acquisition: Proactively develop and nurture new client relationships to expand our business reach.
- Business Development: Drive growth by generating new business opportunities through both existing and new connections.
New Representatives:
- Networking and Prospecting: Engage in proactive networking and prospecting activities to build a client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough fact-finding meetings with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Solution Presentation: Offer tailored, solution-based recommendations to address clients' financial objectives.
- Client Support: Assist clients through the process of conducting business with us and provide ongoing support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: While at least 3 years of successful financial sales experience is preferred, we welcome candidates who are motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Licensing: A Life and Health Insurance License is required, but not prior to the interview for those new to the industry. Additional licenses such as Series 6, 63, or 65 are optional.
- Training Provided: We offer comprehensive training for new agents, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles.
Compensation and Benefits:
