Responsibilities:
As a Financial Reporting Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the preparation and distribution of all periodic financial statements for internal and external use, ensuring accurate representation of the company's financial performance.
2. Conducting comprehensive financial analysis and reporting, including month-end reporting and ad hoc reports as required.
3. Ensuring compliance with all internal controls and US GAAP standards.
4. Managing and coordinating the activities of internal and external auditors, facilitating audits and reviews as needed.
5. Collaborating with the accounting team to develop and implement effective financial strategies and processes.
6. Providing technical accounting guidance and support to the team and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
7. Participating in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
8. Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial visibility and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Financial Reporting Manager position, candidates must possess the following:
1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Active CPA.
3. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and other relevant financial regulations and standards.
4. Prior experience in public accounting.
